General Manager, Eurosina Consulting and Trading, and Senior Lecturer at the University of Graz, University of Applied Sciences Campus02, and at the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna. Dr. Foscht received her PhD from Graz University of Technology in 1994 and her certification in exporting from the University of Graz in 2000. She has over 15 years of business experience in various industries in China and other Asian countries, working as legal representative and managing director of an Austrian-owned company in China, as well as a sales manager, commercial manager and business consultant. Dr. Foscht specialises in strategic business areas such as market entry, business control, human resources management, sales and marketing, and cross-cultural management. |

Managing Director and founder of Zhang Consulting AB. Dr. Zhang studied in Shanghai, Munich and Vienna and received his Dr. techn. in telecommunications from Vienna University of Technology in 1994. He is currently advising several global companies on cross-cultural cooperation between Confucian countries and Europe. Dr. Zhang has over 20 years of experience at managerial level with industry in Austria, China, Germany, Japan, Sweden and the United States, in research and development, system design, standardization, product- and business management, and marketing, as well as over a decade of experience as a cross-cultural trainer |
