This brand new postgraduate MSc program combines tuition in mathematics, stochastics, biostatistics, bioinformatics, biophysical chemistry, molecular biology, genetics and biotechnology with training in research methods and an individual master project.
The aim of this Central European MSc program is to bridge the gap between 'computer lab' and 'wet lab' experience and to educate the first generation of 'hybrid experts' characterized by a profound applicational knowledge of both disciplines.
An interdisciplinary curriculum empowers our MSc graduates to successfully master the novel challenges at the interface of biotechnology, medicine, pharmaceutics and quantitative computer-based science.
