LeadershipSeminar

The main take away of the entire program can be summarized in a 3C model: competencies, consciousness and confidence. Indeed, in the first part or the program the main goal is to identify what are the right skills for a leader which not necessary lead to a technical competence in a specific role and/or industry. After that the goal is to increase the level of consciousness of what a good leader has to be. Then, the ultimate goal is to develop a level of confidence that everybody could become a good leader, even if with different attitudes and skills. |
