Biomaterials play an important role in the development of medical equipment, devices and implants, in research and clinical application. Therefore, there is great interest in this topic among scientists in academic as well as in company-related institutions.
We are very proud that the most famous scientists in the field of biomaterials being the authors of the standard book in this field entitled “Biomaterials” Buddy Ratner and Allan Hoffman have designed a very informative teaching program for the ESAO – DUK Summer School in Krems, Austria. This 3 day intensive course gives you a high leveled overview of the principles of biomaterials and their clinical application.
Hence, attending this Summer School is an outstanding possibility to get information on one of the most relevant areas in biomedical technology.
