Our Aims |
| Our generation faces the challenge of climate change which is also associated with a wide range of eco-socio-political problems. Regarding that topic the housing and building takes, relative to the total energy consumption, a high priority. We accept this challenge in the building sector by taking over responsibility in the field of economic, resource-saving and sustainable building development. The aim is to apply the principle of sustainability to derive clear statements and recommendations in order to contribute to a positive social development. |

| The service spectrum of the Center for Climate-Engineering is focused on research and consulting services, where practical questions of the building industry are answered. We define the built environment as a result of complex interactions among people as users, with needs and demands on the one hand, and a concrete place with its marginal conditions and the associated tolerance limits on the other.
