DELT/A - The Document Exploration and Linking Tool / Addons

The aim of this project was to develop a tool that supports the transformation process of clinical guidelines from their original textual form (HTML) over an intermediate and a semi-formal representation (XML) to a formal representation that can be further used to verify the semantics of the guideline.

LASSIE - Modeling Treatment Processes Using Information Extraction

Modeling clinical guidelines and protocols in a computer-interpretable format is a challenging, but burdensome and time-consuming task. In this project we propose a methodology to support the human modeler by both automating parts of the modeling process and making the modeling process traceable and comprehensible.

EviX - Facilitating Evidence-based Decision Support Using Information Extraction and Clinical Guidelines

The goal of the proposed project is the experimental application and further development of promising approaches in the area of semi-automatic creation of computer-interpretable clinical guidelines and the execution of evidence-based recommendations.
