The university course “Danube Professional MBA Human Resource Management” teaches management-know-how und current methods and techniques of modern human resource management. In the 21st century, Human Resources (HR), managers need to have first class knowledge of the field, emotional intelligence, high motivation, optimistic thinking, and social competence. This course prepares HR managers for their future responsibilities to be able to meet and optimally fulfil the competitive challenges of today and tomorrow, taking into account globalization, technology, profitability through growth, and the continually adapting market. The course consists of six general management modules and four concentration modules.
Participants may attend our specialization modules in Human Resource Management as part of our MBA program or as a distinct certificate.
