In education, electronic portfolios are excellent instruments as soon as it comes to define individual teaching profiles or to assess teaching experience and didactical skills. Employers can use them as a valuable source of information to understand the variety of teaching and instructional skills their teachers have.

| Methods | This is a blended learning course which involves a mixture of online and face-to-face sessions in the following order: (1) preparation phase (online), (2) a kick-off workshop (face-to-face), (3) a self-directed learning phase (online), (4) a concluding workshop (face-to-face), and (5) a postprocessing phase (online). Guidance will be provided during online phases by a tutor through instruction and moderation. |
