Thorough theoretical knowledge is combined with practical examples in every field of journalistic activity. The core focus of the training concept is on the integrative four-way media approach in print, radio, TV and cross-media/online journalism Learning takes place through classroom lectures and online tutor-accompanied phases.
This extra-occupational course is mainly concerned with teaching the participants how to handle an interconnected range of different media (print, radio, TV and online) and to recognise the relevant points where these interlink. Participants in this MA course benefit from the experience shared with them by journalists with extensive practical experience and an international background. Individual assertiveness in the crowded world of the media is honed through periods of self-reflection and by constantly improving both personal and professional skills.
