| The first module of the Danube MBA program is dedicated to teambuilding within the group of participants. Different techniques of teambuilding, leadership and process development within an enterprise are also introduced. The module further concentrates on the current methods and instruments of the modern personnel management. |
Module 2 |
Managerial Accounting |
| The accounting system is essential for the preparation of corporate decisions. The techniques of the internal and external orientated accounting are taught, emphasizing conceptual questions so that participants recognize the informative value and objective of accounting. |
Module 3 |
Managerial Economics |
| A manager’s tasks involve decisions about how to direct scarce resources in the way that most efficiently achieves a managerial goal. In order to be able to make such decisions a manager must understand how a modern economy functions and know the theory of markets and prices, competitive strategies and managerial optimization methods. |
Module 4 |
European & International Business Law |
| The basics of the legal regulations relevant for managers and companies are taught in this module. As a consequence of the European Union internal market and the international interdependency, a knowledge of European and international economic law is essential for managers. |
Module 5 |
Marketing & PR / Project Management |
| Marketing, a central task of management, requires a knowledge of product, price, distribution and communication policy. This module teaches marketing methods, tools and concepts as well as the basics of communication science, public relations and advertising. The course on project management will provide participants with the necessary tools for conducting all types of projects efficiently and successfully. |
Module 6 |
Corporate Finance |
| Procurement and management of capital is a central task of business administration. This module provides a fundamental knowledge of the analysis and management of assets and liabilities structure, the assessment of investments, the feasibility of raising capital, the optimization of company funding and financial and security analysis. |
