The Strategic Management Program offers an innovative and practical framework and approaches to the formulation and implementation of strategic pathways in a changing environment. Through this program you will learn how to explore the changes occurring in your own industry and assess the strategic position, strategic choices and ways to put your organization’s strategy into action.

Participants may attend our specialization modules in Strategic Management & Organizational Change as part of our MBA program or as a distinct certificate.
