The various methods available to lawyers in dealing with disputes have become increasingly important in legal practice. Arbitration and alternative means of dispute resolution now belong to the core business of international law firms. The Certified Program Arbitration and Dispute Resolution provides an in-depth and practice-oriented legal training in that field. The curriculum offers students the opportunity to specialize in the areas of arbitration, mediation, and negotiation with an international outlook.
