Danube University Krems, and particularly the Faculty of Business and Globalization, are pleased to invite faculty, researchers, alumni, students and interested members of the public to the opening of our Research Summit Series on Monday October 23, 2017 at 6 pm in the auditorium maximum of Danube University Krems. General subject of the first research summit is “Current and Future Societal Challenges: Understanding Complexity”.

We are glad to announce our guest speakers Professor Francine Grodstein from Harvard University, on the topic of “Aging Society & Happiness” and Dr. David Garcia (Complexity Science Hub Vienna) on the “Digital traces of collective emotions”. The speeches will be followed by a panel discussion with internationally known scholars from different disciplines:
