gotv: hosted by Music Management
Future music managers create music program for gotv
27.04.2012
Students and lecturers of the master’s program Music Management create a guest-starring program for the Austrian music channel gotv together with the singer Anna F. The five hosts present twelve of their favorite music videos and integrate the atmosphere of the Krems campus in their program moderation. The „Hosted by“ program will be broadcast on April 30th, May 2nd and 5th.

Together with the singer/songwriter Anna F., the Danube University Krems lecturer and A&R Manager Alex Deutsch from „moerdermusic“ created the program „Hosted by" with the Music Management students Philipp Haniger, musician, "Die Trenkwalder", Wolfgang Radl, musician, "Tuesday Microgrooves" and the musician Judith Wesely, "Kickstains" on gotv.

The master’s study program Music Management, which is introduced in the „Hosted by“, is being offered for the eighth time at the Danube University Krems starting October 6th, 2012. It addresses professionals in the music industry, composers, musicans and music instructors. The study program includes music economy, general management, music rights, music theory and media theory. Optional study abroad at the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami/Florida tops off the program.

The Master’s program Music Management is unique in the German-speaking region – accordingly the graduates of the executive program are in demand; they occupy leading positions in festival administration, orchestra management, in the music industry and indie companies. For musicians, the networks established during the course of studies often lead to the start of a professional career.

Broadcast dates on gotv:
