You've got the chance to attend a course on "Blockchain applications to music and smart contracts" on 17 September from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.in Krems free of charge, held by the international top lawyer Steven Masur. The course is held within the master program "Music Management". Registration is requested.

The lecturer: Steven Masur

Steven Masur has been recognized as a “Rising Star” and a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers. He serves on a variety of corporate and nonprofit boards and industry associations, and lectures and writes about major issues in entertainment law, technology and corporate strategy.

Steven has over 24 years of experience advising emerging and established businesses on new opportunities and business challenges, most recently blockchain and cryptocurrency regulation.

He has counseled enterprise level clients including Shazam, Virgin Mobile, Liberty Media, Yamaha, Nielsen Buzzmetrics, Bob Vila and Conde Nast Publications in corporate, digital media, and new business matters. He has also helped emerging businesses in a wide variety of sectors, and is especially knowledgeable in media, entertainment, games, digital music, social media, augmented and virtual reality, blockchain and cryptocurrency regulation.

Music Management – Master of Arts

Starting in October - Apply now!

The international master program "Music Management" at Danube University Krems will start in October 2018 for the 14th time. The international orientation of the postgraduate course with English working language takes into account the increasing globalization of the music market and the challenges posed by new information technologies.

The program can be completed part-time in five semesters and concludes with the academic degree of a "Master of Arts". The curriculum includes courses on project management, international music industry, general management, music and law, as well as music and media held by international academians, top experts and practitioners.

Interested parties can still apply for partial scholarships until October, which are awarded by the Association of the Austrian Music Industry for the master program "Music Management".
