Maximum 12 pages; double blind-peer review.
The accepted papers are published in either the IFIP EGOV or the IFIP EPART proceedings of Springer LNCS.

 

  • Ongoing Research

Maximum 8 pages; double blind-peer review.
The accepted papers are published in the Edition Donau-Universität proceedings and available OA.

 

  • Reflections & Viewpoints

4-6 pages; one double-blind peer-review.

Reflections are for ideas, methods, results and outcomes that are in progress, in the early stages, novel or innovative. They must represent original work and must not have been published previously. They can, but must not, address topics addressed in the tracks, or they can represent interdisciplinary approaches to the conference topics.

The accepted papers are published in the Edition Donau-Universität proceedings and available OA.

 

  • Workshops

2 pages; workshop proposals are selected by the Conference Chairs.
The proposal should be made for a 1,5 hour long workshop.
The accepted papers are published in the Edition Donau-Universität proceedings and available OA.

 

  • Panel Proposals

2 pages, selected by the Conference Chairs
The proposal should be made for a 1,5 hour long panel addressing a specific topic chosen by the authors, with panelists and include a discussion with the audience.
The accepted papers are published in the Edition Donau-Universität proceedings and available OA.

 

  • Posters

Chair: Thomas J. Lampoltshammer (Danube University Krems, AT).
2 page abstract; selected by the Track Chair.
Participants will have the opportunity to both give a short presentation during a plenary session, then present the posters during the drinks reception.
The accepted posters are published in the Edition Donau-Universität proceedings and available OA.

 

  • PhD Colloquium Papers: 8 pages,

The submission consists of 3 parts:

-a research paper that describes the research undertaken (max. 8 pages),
-a short CV (1 page)
-a personal statement (1 page)

The accepted papers are selected by the Track Chairs and published in the Edition Donau-Universität proceedings and available OA.
