Increasingly networked global economies and ongoing changes in the international financial markets posit solid education in the field of banking and capital market law. This course aims to cover the broad range of topics and global (regulatory) challenges, which are of a very strong supranational and international nature.

Students will not only learn the necessary theoretical basics, but also the relevant practical implications. Banking and capital market law also requires an interdisciplinary approach to address specialist discourse on economic and business management issues.
