Corporate Law is a major area in legal advisory services, provided e.g. by law or accounting firms specializing in business law. A well-planned organisation under company law is an important success factor for running a company. At the same time, legal frameworks that govern such commercial decisions are extremely complex and require highly qualified specialists. This applies in particular to negotiating, structuring and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

The Certified Program "Corporate Law / M&A" closes this gap in a compact form, combining theoretical basics with strong practical relevance. Along with focusing on fundamental legal questions pertaining to corporate law to reinforce participants’ theoretical knowledge, individual facts and circumstances of particular practical relevance are legally analyzed. The aim of this university course is to provide participants with practice-oriented additional education that imparts in-depth, specialized and application-oriented knowledge in the field of corporate law / M&As, and enables participants to successfully solve complicated corporate law issues.
