Elisabeth Alber, PhD in Comparative Politics from the University of Innsbruck, Degree (M.A. and B.A. equivalent) in International Sciences and Diplomacy (with focus on International Law and Comparative Constitutional Law) from the University of Turin, Advanced Diploma in European Studies from the University of Turku. As visiting scholar, she worked and taught in Germany, Spain, France, the US and Australia. Currently, she also acts as consultant for international organizations in Moldova, Ukraine and Myanmar.
