You will develop a deeper understanding of the link between theory and practice in nursing and acquire the ability to design training and teaching situations competently. You will analyse and understand learning problems of pupils and students of different age groups and recognize possibilities how these can be managed and accompanied and how you can trigger, accompany and evaluate learning processes in different contexts.
The course concept consists of a mix of methods in classroom and e-learning units. In the online phases, students prepare themselves for the practice-oriented attendance phases. This makes it possible to study while working.
The University Course in Health and Nursing Education is equivalent to the special training for teaching tasks in health and nursing according to §§ 17 (1) and 65a. (1) Health and Nursing Act (BGBl. I No. 108/1997 as amended by BGBl.I No. 87/2016).
