The Austrian health system is in a state of change and with it, the professional qualifications of those working in the health sector. We are living in a health society. Health topics are already among the most frequently searched items on the Internet. As people's hunger for information grows, the professional requirements imposed on all health professions grow too.

In view of these social, political and economic developments, the university course pursues the goal of providing students with the necessary management competencies and methods for leading health care institutions and to enable them to successfully master the upcoming challenges in the health sector.

Target group

The university course targets persons working in the healthcare sector in lower and middle management or at persons seeking such a position or those designed for such a position according to succession plan.
