Goals
This module will take you abroad on an extra-occupational stay at a renowned US university to offer intercultural exchange on leadership, business ethics and entrepreneurship. Professors with excellent performance records from the University of Colorado will give the lectures; additionally, a supporting program completes the module.

- Entrepreneurship
- Social Program: For example, BBQ meet and greet with a student-entrepreneur group
- A Start-up company-tour to microbreweries in Boulder
Learning result
After having discussed new leadership concepts from an intercultural point of view you will further have reflected on and developed your leadership competence. You will have achieved a sensitivity towards ethical issues and their possible impact on the company, furthermore a solid understanding on what it takes to found an organization and how to identify market opportunities systematized. Moreover, you will have improved your conversation skills.
