The university course "Municipal Law" provides its students with profound legal expertise for municipal action, while at the same time focusing on topics that, due to the many legal areas involved, essentially define day-to-day municipal work. In-depth legal knowledge required for increasingly complex and extensive municipal tasks, particularly in the areas of municipal organisation law, procedural law, tax law, fiscal equalization, service law and public procurement law, ensures legal certainty in administrative action. This applies equally to political functionaries (mayors) as well as to administrative staff in both sovereign administration and the private sector.
