The continuing education program "Health and Nursing Management" is specifically designed to prepare healthcare and nursing professionals - particularly those without a bachelor’s degree - for demanding management and leadership roles.

Participants gain in-depth competencies in organizational and business management, as well as in the planning and coordination of healthcare and nursing facilities. The program emphasizes patient care quality, financial sustainability, continuous improvement of nursing standards, and fostering a balanced work environment. Students learn to design efficient processes and to promote a healthy balance between economic goals and human well-being.

The program is accredited as a special qualification for leadership roles in nursing, in accordance with § 65a of the Austrian Health and Nursing Act (GuKG).
