The constantly growing complexity and fragmentation of the law require not only interdisciplinary basic knowledge and application-oriented skills for contract drafting and litigation, but also a high degree of specialization in individual areas of law. Detailed specialist knowledge on the one hand and an eye for the big picture on the other are essential for a successful professional life.
The Professional LL.M. therefore aims at academically-based, application-oriented continuing legal education. In addition to consolidating important practical skills in the field of national and international litigation, the curriculum of Professional LL.M. deals with Data Protection and Intellectual Property Law.
