Our working world is in the midst of a radical change that is strongly driven by the automation of business processes. On the one hand, applications of robot-controlled process automation are increasingly being used, which to date have seemed futuristic. On the other hand, process mining is also being used more intensively to (re)construct, analyze and further develop business processes based on digital traces in IT systems.
During your studies you will deal with the identification, design, documentation, implementation, control and improvement of business processes. You will learn how to implement process management methods in a demand-oriented and strategy-compliant way. You will also recognize the connections between vision, mission, strategy and business processes. You will be enabled to establish a customer-oriented corporate culture.
