The aim of this program is to acquire skills and know-how for managing the current challenges facing municipal administrations. These include, in particular, the effective and efficient application of strategic and operative management concepts and instruments, applying modern information and communication technologies as well as developing practical problem-solving approaches to be able to actively participate in modernization and change processes.

 

The participants:

  • learn strategic and operative management concepts and instruments and how to apply them.
  • learn how to use the latest developments in information and communication technology for their organizations.
  • develop practical problem-solving approaches to actively participate in shaping their work environments and to drive modernization and change processes forward.

Target group

(Future) chief executive officers in municipal administration, local community associations, other public institutions and administrative sectors.
