In order to be able to survive in the narrow market environment of the media, technical skills are just as decisive as competences that open up new approaches to (everyday) challenges through self-organised and creative action. In addition to a theoretical and practical examination of various media (print, radio, TV and online/cross-media), the university course in Quality Journalism offers the opportunity to reflect on your individual competence portfolio and to expand it through electives. Journalists with many years of practical experience and an international background will accompany you throughout your studies.

Depending on your previous education and professional experience, there are two study options available to you: Master of Arts or Academic Expert.

Or are you looking for a compact short programme that is feasible, for example, as part of an educational leave? Then a Certified Program is the right further education for you. You can choose between Digitaler Journalismus, Printjournalismus, Radiojournalismus and TV-Produktion.

Bitte um Aufmerksamkeit Admissions to the previous continuing education courses at the University of Continuing Education Krems will be granted until the end of september 2023.
