The real estate course "Real Estate Management, MSc", which starts every year in October, delivers a broad spectrum of knowledge that allows you to work through all phases of the real estate life cycle. You will acquire commercial as well as legal and tax skills.
The course focuses on real estate and the various stages of real estate project development. Starting with the calculation bases and investment risk assessment to developing a specific real estate project at home or abroad through to choosing the optimal form of financing and exploiting this type of asset, students gain profound insight into the fundamentals of real estate management.
