Our historic building structures are a valuable resource for our future. In regard of climate crises and energy transition new evaluation is in urgent need. The University of continuing Education course Renovation and Revitalization provides a broad understanding in sustainability, building physics, proven constructions, building preservation, relevant legal matters and real estate development. Scientific methods are merged with practice to develop sustainable renovation concepts for a bright future.

Target group

People working in the following fields: architecture, monument care, engineering, builder companies and construction companies, building promoters, real estate administrations – also of ecclesial, institutional or family owners but also of administrative authorities at municipal, state and federal level as well as relevant governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as persons who wish to acquire competences in the area of renovation and revitalization from other motives.
