Social Facilities Management - Specialization Children and Youth Facilities (MSc)
The university course qualifies professionals working in children and youth facilities for management functions. It responds to the many interdisciplinary requirements inherent in this function as well as the complexity of the field that requires leadership and management competencies in order to manage social conflicts transcending the immediacy of social relationship behaviour and at the same time necessitating interdisciplinary thoughts and actions.
