Students learn theoretical, methodological and intervention-practical skills as well as specific research knowledge in the field of supervision and coaching. “Integrative Theory” forms the basis for the supervision training.
The course is offered as an academic course of studies (6 semesters) and as a master’s program (7 semesters). The content is identical until the 6th semester; however, the master’s program is subject to different admission requirements. The supervisor training course is recognized by the Austrian Supervision Association (ÖVS), therefore the admission requirements must comply at minimum with those of the ÖVS (academic course).
This course is taught in German, therefore an excellent level of the German language is required.
