Climate change, globalization, resource depletion, increasing CO2 emissions – catchphrases such as these rule daily news reports. The debates revolve around the mobility of the future and the question of what sustainable alternatives to the ever growing traffic are. New technologies for vehicles and traffic management will be the decisive factor in reducing traffic pollution in the EU as well as in the rest of the world. Besides climate protection, this also spells economic upturn and new jobs.
