The university course "Top Leadership Program" imparts leadership tools and content for managers that are currently relevant and will equally become crucial in the future.
The program has a modular structure and is divided into the following four main areas
- Personal Leadership,
- People Leadership,
- Organizational Leadership und
- Institutional Leadership.
Leadership is therefore treated in a scientifically sound and at the same time practice-relevant manner from different perspectives in the study program.
Target group
The program targets managers from all industries who have appropriate qualifications and experience and have an interest in leadership-specific continuing education.
