The various methods available to lawyers in dealing with disputes have become increasingly important in legal practice. ‘Dispute Resolution’ now belongs to the core business of international law firms. The LL.M. Program International Dispute Resolution provides an in-depth and practice-oriented legal training in that field. The curriculum offers students the opportunity to specialize in the areas of arbitration, litigation, mediation and negotiation in an international context. With it, our graduates are prepared for a successful international career in the world of international dispute resolution.

Target group This LL.M. program is aimed at lawyers from various jurisdictions interested in International Dispute Resolution, especially attorneys, lawyers in training and in-house counsel.
Admission requirements -First degree in law, or a degree with a substantial law content (exceptions are assessed on a case-by-case basis)
