The academic expert program "Music Production for Applied Media" (AE) is divided into three modules in terms of time and content: The first module focuses on discipline-relevant topics such as orchestration, notation and composition, digital audio, sound and acoustics, music aesthetics and analysis. The second module features composer-in-residence seminars and workshops with leading producers and composers in the fields of film, television, games and interactive media, as well as sound branding and multimedia marketing. In the third module the students will conduct their practical final project, followed by a presentation and debriefing.


The modules take place on campus. Inbetween the modules, students receive tasks that have to be completed with the help of e-learning platforms. PLEASE NOTE: All moduls can be accredited to the master study program "Music for Applied Media"!
