Due to the current dynamic development of the conference and to allow for the schedules of international participants in different time zones, the schedule will be rearranged to allow for more internal exchange and cross-track communication. Please stay tuned for updates. 

The conference will be opened by a reception and the opening of the Marketplace of Ideas. 

The first working day of the conference will open with inspirational input from the panel of the organizers in order to set the framing and state the aims of the conference. 

The individual thematic tracks will present their input to the plenary. 

The plenary will discuss the individual inputs from the tracks and formulate common questions to be taken back into the feedback sessions. 

Catering will be provided at the confrence venue. 

Over the afternoon representatives will convene feedback sessions of their tracks either online or in place to discuss the common questions and inputs from the track presentations in the morning. Representatives are also expected to be present at their "stall" in the Marketplace of Ideas when not in session in order to be available to feedback and discussion to other participants. 

Participants have the opportunity to join the closing session at the main venue for organizational purposes and to conclude the first day. 

A full dinner is at offer close to the conference location. 

Track representatives will be available at their "stalls" for discussion. Turkish tea available. 

Representatives will bring back the feedback from the feedback sessions with their tracks and discussions in the Marketplace of Ideas in the shape of short presentations, inputs and interventions.

Track representatives will be available at the Marketplace of Ideas. The panel of the organizing committee will visit all stalls for final feedback and individual exchange. 

The plenary will meet for a final open discussion based on the results of the panel discussions and the caravan meetings. The discussion aims to relate all input collected over the past days to the leading questions. 

Catering will be provided at the venue. 

The organizers will sum up the preceding days of the conference by a  statement supported by a graphic recording of the results. 

The day will be spent with cultural and nature experience interspersed with ample time to discuss the potentials for the ingetration of functional (horizontal) and spiritual (vertical) transdisciplinarity.

The plenary will meet for a closing statement summing up the aims of the conference and outlining further activities.
