SCiNDTiLA Delivers a New Framework for Making Digital Twins Work in Smaller Cities and Regions

Researchers from the University for Continuing Education Krems and the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences have successfully completed the SCiNDTiLA project, developing a new framework that enables digital twins to support decision-making in smaller cities and regions. The project provides practical tools and policy recommendations to help municipalities harness digital technologies for sustainable, participatory, and evidence-based governance.
