The Service Center for Students (SCS) serves as the central point of contact for all matters related to the organization and legal aspects of studying.
We support prospective students, current students, and staff in the organization, administration, and facilitation of studies and teaching.
The Service Center for Students (SCS) manages students’ study records from application to graduation or withdrawal. Its core responsibilities include admissions, re-registration, recognition of prior learning, and central examination administration.
What we do
• Conduct the admission procedure for applicants
• Manage the re-registration process
• Handle admission and withdrawal from studies
• Process requests for leave of absence from studies
• Issue StudentServiceCards (student IDs)
• Administer the central student directories
• Provide information and advice on available study programs
• Inform students about study regulations
• Issue study-related confirmations and certificates
• Process applications for recognition of prior learning
• Handle applications for thesis embargoes
• Manage the central examination records
• Issue final academic documents and duplicates
• Provide information and guidance on accessible studying
• Process applications for alternative examination methods
• Offer information on scholarships and grants
