Facility Management is the discipline that manages buildings, facilities and structures. Almost all building structures consume more money and resources over their life cycle than were spent on their construction. Only professional facility management guarantees the long-term affordability of building services and the effective use of energy.

Buildings must be durable. That is why operating concepts have a clear perspective until 2050. Sustainable building structures must be climate-resilient. They should continuously emit less CO2 and consume fewer resources in the coming years.
