Digitalization and new technical possibilities have made threat scenarios such as cyber attacks a reality. Potential risks and threats affect large corporations as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, public authorities and organizations, as business processes are predominantly based on IT infrastructures. The topic does not only concern IT specialists or IT departments. Comprehensive information security is of absolute business relevance, not least to avoid high economic losses.
The content of completed modules can then be credited to the MBA further education course with specialization in “Information Security Management” or “Executive MBA”.
