As part of the Certificate Program “Innovation Management,” participants acquire the ability to develop creative solutions, conduct well-founded analyses of user needs, and implement innovative strategies within the context of innovation leadership in organizations. A strong emphasis on practical relevance, as well as the immediate applicability of the content to professional settings, constitutes a central component of the program.

The modules equip participants with the competence to derive strategies from the objectives of innovation management, to analyze innovation processes both strategically and operationally using current technologies, and to apply theoretical concepts of innovation management to their respective industries. Furthermore, participants are able to account for the specific challenges associated with innovation culture in a differentiated manner.

In line with the concept of stackable programs, students have the opportunity to continue their studies in a postgraduate continuing education program upon completion of this certificate program. Modules successfully completed may be recognized for both academic credit and tuition purposes.
