The cost-intensive operating room in particular, with its highly complex processes, is dependent on qualified employees who are also able to ensure optimal processes from a business management perspective.

With the aim of being able to manage the surgical suite professionally and efficiently, the further education course imparts relevant knowledge and skills from the areas of OR planning and organisation as well as risk and quality management, whereby the link between theory and practice is demonstrated and established throughout. Students are familiarised with specialised and application-oriented knowledge in the field of OR management, whereby the continuing education programme contributes to professional and personal development.
