Literature Review

Master of Science (Osteopathie)

The university courses “Osteopathy,” delivered in conjunction with the Vienna School of Osteopathy (WSO), aim to comprehensively present osteopathy and all its facets, from the latest medical findings and current research to detailed medical background knowledge through to specific techniques in the cranial or visceral areas. The goal is to build on and enlarge the repertoire of techniques students acquired in their prior osteopathic training in all directions.

The university courses underpin students’ expert, professional and personal further development with a variety of in-depth scientific studies. The program focuses on applying the latest scientific findings to the respective specialist areas, and furnishing students with the required therapy skills. At the same time, the courses aim to establish the necessary connection between theory and practice in application-oriented areas of osteopathy.
