The aim of sustainability management is to integrate environmental, social and governance aspects into companies or organizations in order to promote their long-term development. At its core, it is about striking a balance between profit, social responsibility and environmental protection. In addition, the implementation of the Paris climate goals, which are making global efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, promote renewable energies and increase energy efficiency, is reflected in the increasing regulation of many areas of our daily lives.

This three-day seminar will provide you with a holistic view of the different facets of sustainability management, including relevant legislation, global standards and best practices. On the first day, you will learn more about the origins of ESG, the Sustainable Development Goals, the basics of climate change and develop an ESG strategy for your organization. The second day is dedicated to sustainable finance, climate risk and stakeholder management. On the third day, the transformation of the business and operating model, the circular economy and sustainability reporting are on the agenda.
