NÖ WBF 2025 - Evaluation and development of the housing subsidy in lower austria for sustainable residential buildings

For achieving the target auf energy efficiency and sustainability its crucial to constantly improve the requirements and aims of financial fundings related to climate protection goals for the the building sector. This is linked with an ongoing engagement of currently important questions linked to energy efficient buildings. These targets are processed within this project. Thus ensures the proper use of housing subsidy on the one side and enables the assessment of the effect of the funding on the other side. In this way the agreements defined in Art. 15a-B-VG as well as climate protection goals defined for Lower Austria, which go beyond this, are to be ensured.
