The ongoing global economic integration and the lasting changes on the international financial markets require sound further training in the field of banking and capital market law. This continuing education program aims to take account of this broad spectrum of topics and global and European (regulatory) challenges. Both the necessary theoretical foundations and the relevant practical implications are taught. In the field of banking and capital market law, an interdisciplinary approach is also required, so that subject-specific discourses on economic and business management issues are also dealt with.
Absolvent von Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht

“What makes this program particularly appealing is its well-balanced interdisciplinary approach combining economics, banking, and law. This meant there was something for everyone, and it provided various opportunity for intellectual growth.”

Dr. Richard Salomon, LL.M.
