This seminar cycle is structured in 3 modules and deals with the personal, social and communicative dimensions of communication.

You will optimize your communicative repertoire and reflect on your impact on others, conduct strategic and goal-oriented conversations, learn how to formulate motivating and convincing statements in complex situations, learn modern leadership skills and why employee retention is becoming increasingly important and how to deal with controversial points of view with confidence and self-assurance. You will learn how to remain capable of acting in difficult conversations.

All seminars in this series last one day and take place at the University for Continuing Education Krems or online.
