The University for Continuing Education Krems is the first university in the German-speaking world to deal with the aspects of security and safety from an economic, social, legal and technical perspective and, in addition to individual seminars, also offers university courses in the field of fire protection.

The part-time university course "Fire Protection" teaches the essential skills for the development of practice-oriented fire protection solutions and their implementation.

In particular, practice-oriented knowledge and skills are taught in legal, technical and economic terms in the field of fire protection as well as social competence and the associated personal, team and organizational skills.
