For some time now, the healthcare sector has been undergoing profound changes that are unlikely to come to a halt in the foreseeable future. In this context, significant questions arise: Who initiates, directs, and monitors these changes? Who develops concepts, methods, and allocates resources for them? What regulations come into play? Are processes and tools from other sectors successfully transferable to healthcare? Who possesses the necessary expertise for practical implementation? The Master's program is designed to assist qualified health and nursing care professionals in deepening their nursing science and analytical competencies, as well as developing leadership skills, management strategies, interdisciplinary coordination, and the integration of modern technologies in contemporary healthcare. The Master's program in "Nursing Management" is accredited as specialized training for leadership roles in health and nursing care according to § 65a of the Health and Nursing Care Act in Austria.
